Ports to versions earlier than 1.8 additionally backport 64x64 skins and fix skin download. Ports to 1.8 additionally backport secondary layer translucency.

Ears is not compatible with most skin replacement mods, or other skin fixes such as SkinPort or Lumy Skin Patch. Most skin replacers throw away the entire vanilla skin loading system and replace it with custom code, which causes Ears to never be called. The only skin replacer known to work with Ears is Fabric Tailor.

Every port is actively maintained, and receives updates at the same time as all the others. There are no "legacy" releases here - they are all v1.4.6.
